Diaphragm Breathing

Loosen your pants if they are squeezing tight on your stomach. Find a comfy spot to relax in. Drawing in through the nose, take a very long breath that puffs out your stomach and completely fills your lungs. Exhale through the mouth slowly. Get Your Omega 3 Fatty Acids

Omega 3 fatty acids are found naturally in the fatty layers of some fish and in smaller quantities in some vegetables. Your brain gets a healthy boost when you take in adequate amounts of omega 3s and that includes your memory.

You will need to take a fish oil or cod liver oil supplement to get the right amount of Omega 3s on a consistent basis. The majority of people don?t eat enough fatty fish to get adequate amounts of these fatty acids on a routine basis.
