Buzz on Kentucky Basketball: UK vs. the NCAA Edition

- The names were announced for the NBA Players Association Top 100 Camp. There will be several Kentucky and Louisville recruits at the camp.

- Jamaal Magloire said he plans to return for another season and is not considering retirement.

- Enes Kanter signed with Evolution Management + Marketing.

- Thomas More College announced their men's basketball schedule for 2011-12.

- The Los Angeles Clipper exercised their team option on former UK star Eric Bledsoe.

- Josh Harrellson will work out for the Utah Jazz

- News on 2013 recruits

Recruiting News:

- Campbellsville University has signed former LSU big man Dennis Harris. Taylor is a 6-11, 195-pound junior.

- Kentucky recruit Kaleb Tarczewski has reportedly "fallen in love" with North Carolina.

- 2012 star Jarnell Stokes has Kentucky in his top six.

- As of midnight last night, college coaches could contact 2013 recruits.

The Buzz:

- Longtime Kentucky high school coach Curtis Turley has been hired to be Western Kentucky's women's team's director of basketball operations.

- DeMarcus Cousins surprised some kids with an appearance. Great stuff from Boogie.

- Bellarmine University is reportedly exploring a potential move to NCAA Division I.

- Rick Pitino has mentioned the possibility of redshirting Jared Swopshire or Rakeem Buckles next season.
